“Abstinence”, acrylic painting by palette knife on canvas 80/40 cm

Burebista (82-44 BC), described in historiography as a reformer, introduced a policy based on abstinence, sobriety and obedience to commandments.
According to the ancient historian and ancient Greek geographer Strabon, who was contemporary with Burebista and whom he considered an impressive political and military leader, "at the head of his generation who was overwhelmed by frequent wars, the Burebista Gesture so exalted through exercises, abstaining from the wine and obedience to the commandments, in a few years he built a strong state”
